The Practice of Mindfulness:
Staying Sharp, Battling Lazy Thinking, and How to Practice

There are boundless health benefits to achieving a higher sense of mindfulness. When we are more present in our world, our blood pressure drops along with stress levels. Stefanie will offer an overview of simple, yet little known mindfulness concepts that we may implement in our everyday lives such as acceptance, resisting judgments and expressing compassion for others.
